Luxury apartament

Invisible Trace

Visitors described it as a mansion, but in miniature, full of surprising details.

INSPIRATION

The origin of this project stems from a powerful first impression.
On the day of the signing at the notary’s office, the owner—the seller—appeared: an elderly Swedish lady, petite in stature, much like the home I was about to buy. Despite her age and small stature, she radiated a presence that left a lasting impression on me. She was elegant, sophisticated, serene, and brave. There was something in the way she carried herself that conveyed confidence, wisdom, and a sense of dignity.

IDEA

At that moment, that image stayed with me as a very clear source of inspiration that shaped the entire project. The challenge was not just to renovate a home but to reflect the essence of the person who lived there before—small in scale, yet immense in character.

Given the home’s compact size, it was especially important to carefully plan the layout to ensure the result was the one we were aiming for.
